Distinguished Scholars Diploma

Requirements:     (In addition to state minimum requirements)

• Honors English – minimum of  three (3) credits to included Honors English III & IV.

• Math – minimum of four (4) credits to include:
• Algebra I
• Algebra II
• Geometry
• Pre-Calculus
• Calculus

• Science – minimum of four (4) credits, three (3) credits  to include:
• Biology I
• Physical Science
• Chemistry I

One (1) Science credit must be one of the following:

Chemistry II , Physics, Anatomy & Physiology or Biology II

• Foreign Language – minimum of two (2) credits

(Technical Path students may substitute two (2) additional credits in math

and/or science for foreign language)

• Honors Class – any other honors class which may be added to the curriculum will be a requirement in order to receive a Distinguished Scholars Diploma.

To considered for Valedictorian, Salutatorian, Top 10% Class Rank, you must be in Distinguished Scholar Program.
